Send Contract

Before you can send a contract, you must first add recipients.

Send New Contract

  1. Choose Contracts from the main menu.

  2. Under the Recipients column, click the Import button on the contract record. Add recipients to the contract.

  3. Click Send/Resend.

  4. Select Send Now or Send Later at a specified date.

  5. Click OK.

  6. Click Yes to confirm sending the contract.

  7. Click Close. The contract status updates to Sent.

Resend Contract

  1. Choose Contracts from the main menu.

  2. To resend the contract unmodified, click the record's down arrow and select Send Again. Click Close.

  3. To edit the contract before resending it, click the Edit button or click the record's down arrow and select Preview.

  4. Make the necessary updates to the recipient list.

  5. Click Send/Resend.

  6. Select Send Now or Send Later at a specified date.

  7. Click OK.

  8. Click Yes to confirm sending the contract.

  9. Click Close.
