Use the Export Settings page to manage the data format of exported custom reports and to schedule exports of custom reports and documents.
Set the Data Format
To set the export data format of custom reports:

Choose Configuration from the main menu.

Choose Export Settings.

In the Data Format section:Specify whether to Include column headers when exporting to a CSV file.Choose a data delimiter.Choose the date format.Specify a numeric data format.If desired, select the checkbox to Collapse data set to a single row per staff member using the most recent form information.Select whether you want to Export the Index File with PDF/TIFF files.If desired, select the checkbox to Export PDF/TIFF files to a single folder on the SFTP.

Click Save Changes.

Click Close.
Schedule an Export
Custom Reports

Choose Configuration from the main menu.

Choose Export Settings.

In the Scheduled Exports section, click New Scheduled Export.

Select a custom report.
-
Accept the default setting to include all locations, or click Select Locations to narrow the list.

Accept the default setting to include all job types, or click Select Job Types to narrow the list.

Choose what type of form data to export (draft, submitted, or completed).

Choose the time range for the exported records.

Select the export days and times.
-
Click Save.
Documents
-
Choose Configuration from the main menu.

Choose Export Settings.

In the Scheduled PDF/TIF Exports section, click New Scheduled PDF/TIF Export.

Choose a document type.
-
Specify if the document should be exported in PDF or TIF format.

Set the frequency.

Click Save. The new scheduled export is added to the Current PDF/TIF Exports tab.
