Several system notifications are enabled by default with the option to disable, preview, or customize them. System checklist notifications cannot be deleted. You can create custom notifications for selected checklists.
Add a Notification

Choose Configuration from the main menu.

Choose Notifications.

Click Add New Template.

Click Add Checklist.Locate the checklist in the results window or start typing the checklist name to filter the results.Use the Add and Remove buttons to make your checklist selection.When finished, click Close.

Enter an email subject line. Click the Mail Merge Tags link to select and insert unique system data.

Use the text editor to create the notification message.Click the Mail Merge Tags link to select and insert unique system data.

Click Save.
