If Surveys are being used in your site, Survey results are visible to specific users in the system depending on the permissions granted. You can confirm the permissions enabled for various Roles by navigating to Professional Learning > Configuration > Roles and Permissions. These permissions are assigned for both Office-Based Roles and Instructors.
Follow these steps to test and confirm how to view Survey Results.
Before starting this test, ensure that you have created a course and a section that includes a Course Survey. For an end user to complete the survey, both the course and section must be released, and the participant must be marked as "Completed" on the course roster.

Choose Professional Learning from the main menu.

Choose Instruct.

Click the title of the section.

Choose Survey Results.

Choose a survey results file for download.

Be sure to impersonate Test Teacher1

You will only be able to complete a survey if you selected one at time of course creation.

Assume the identity of Test Teacher1 (refer to directions in G-1, if needed).

Click Professional Learning.

Locate the My Surveys channel.

Click the title of the survey to begin.

Complete the survey.

Click Submit.
Review Survey Results

Be sure to impersonate Test Instructor1

You can only view survey results if you have completed the survey.

Assume the identity of Test Instructor1 (refer to directions in G-1, if needed).

Select Professional Learning.

Select Instruct.

Click on the Section title. Check the Future tab, if needed.

Click on the Survey Results tab.
You are ready for Print Roster Forms.
