Streamlined Registration Workflow

Simplified the registration process by removing the final confirmation screen. Users can now complete registration directly from the last relevant screen in the workflow.

  • If only Course Information and Credits are shown, users can register after selecting credits—no need to click Next.

  • If credit selection is required, the Register button is disabled until a selection is made.

  • If disclaimers are included, users must acknowledge them before registering.

  • If payment is required, the existing payment flow remains unchanged.

This enhancement reduces clicks and improves the overall registration experience.

New Filter to View Cancelled Sections in Manage Sections

The Manage Sections interface now includes a Cancellation Status filter, allowing course and section managers to easily view cancelled sections. A new Status column has also been added to the grid to display the current status of each section. This enhancement simplifies section management and improves visibility into cancelled offerings.

Release Note

Professional Learning

Resolved Issue with Adding Users to Playlists

Fixed an issue where the system would skip adding users to a playlist if some users in the list were already present on the roster. The system now correctly adds all new users, regardless of duplicates in the list, ensuring a smoother user management experience.

Resolved Registration Link Access Issue for Unreleased Sections

Resolved an issue where users could not register for sections using direct registration links before those sections were released to the course catalog on the client site. With this fix, users can now register via direct links even if the section has not yet been published in the catalog, as intended.

Professional Learning

Accurate Display of Payment Status on Roster

Fixed an issue where the Payment Status column on Roster would not accurately reflect the value.

This update resolves earlier limitations and gives users greater flexibility and consistency when naming and managing grades.
