Professional Learning	Display archived playlists	You can now “Include archived PD Playlists” in the My PdPlaylist screen using a new filter toggle. By default, this toggle is off. When enabled, it displays your completed playlists that were previously archived, giving you more flexibility to view and manage your past PD activities.
Professional Learning	Updated Transcript with additional filters	You can now filter transcripts by section end date in the Admin Transcript Grid, and this feature is available in the My Transcript page for learners. This new filter allows you to view records based on either the Completion Date or the section End Date, making it easier to find relevant professional learning activities. You can also refine your search by setting a date range using the start date filter (set to after) and the end date filter (set to before). This enhancement supports more accurate tracking of professional development for purposes like license renewals.
Professional Learning	Notify upon PD Playlist completion	You can now send a notification to moderators and participant managers when a participant completes a PD Playlist. This notification can be customized with a title, message content, and the $(participantName) macro for personalization. You can also choose the preferred delivery method. A single email listing all completed participants will be sent per playlist to all assigned moderators, participant managers, and the playlist creator. To enable this feature, go to the playlist, select Notification, and turn on Send message to moderators/administrators when a participant completes the PD playlist.
Professional Learning	Search for courses within My Courses	You can now search for specific courses in the Registered and Past tabs of My Courses. Use the new search bar to find courses by course or section number, or by title. Your search term will remain sticky within each tab throughout your session, making it easier to locate relevant courses without re-entering your search.
Professional Learning	Enhanced WCAG 2.4.4 guideline accessibility compliance	Link text has been improved for better accessibility across several pages. This update enhances compliance with WCAG 2.4.4 (Link Purpose) by ensuring that link text—alone or with its surrounding context—clearly conveys its purpose. These improvements support a more inclusive and seamless experience for all users. Additional accessibility updates are planned for future releases.
Professional Learning	Improved Form Labels and Instructions for WCAG 3.3.2 Accessibility Compliance	Form labels and instructions have been improved for better accessibility. This update enhances compliance with WCAG 3.3.2 by ensuring that clear labels or instructions are provided wherever user input is required. These changes support a more inclusive and user-friendly experience, with additional accessibility improvements planned for future releases.
Professional Learning	Roster Access Now Restricted for Unapproved Courses	Added a new configuration option restricting edits to the roster and waitlist for unapproved courses. To prevent issues with stored procedures and payroll processing, roster and waitlist modifications can no longer be made before a course is approved in the new Professional Learning system. A new configuration option—Allow access to modify rosters and waitlists for unapproved courses and sections—has been added under Configuration → Roster, Class times, and waitlist settings. This slider is enabled by default. When disabled: Users cannot add individuals to rosters or waitlists for unapproved courses/sections. Registration links are unavailable. A message indicates that the course or section is not yet approved. Bulk actions, specific menu options, and roster management features are restricted. This update ensures more accurate workflows and reduces downstream system errors.
Professional Learning	Course Catalog Image View	The Professional Learning Course Catalog now supports course images with our 25.5 release. To enable the course catalog image view for your site, start by navigating to your Course Settings. Then, activate the "Course Image" option for the course catalog. After that, go to Configuration and select Course Catalog Configuration. Here, you can upload your district's default images for different course types. If no district default images are uploaded, the system will use standard images instead. Additionally, course owners or office administrators can upload a unique course image, which will replace the district default image. Note that only .jpg, .jpeg, or .png formats are supported, and the images must meet specific size requirements.

An issue previously caused channels to fail when rendering special characters has been resolved. Channels now support UTF-8 characters to ensure consistent loading and display. Professional Learning	Issues with external transfer credit forms	External Transfer Credit Forms now open at the top as expected. When creating a new credit request, the form consistently opens at the top for all users. This resolves a previous issue where the form did not load at the correct position.
Professional Learning	Custom Roster Status Display Issue Resolved	Custom roster statuses now display correctly in My Courses. Previously, custom statuses appeared as "User defined." This issue has been resolved, and the correct status labels are now shown.
Professional Learning	Demographics and Site Info in Advanced Add Preview	Demographics and Sites now display correctly in the Advanced Add preview. An issue that prevented this information from appearing in the preview screen when using the Add using Advanced Method feature in Professional Learning has been resolved. Learner demographics and site details now appear as expected.
Professional Learning	Section Release time issue	Users can now set release times for catalog sections as expected. An issue that caused the time field to get stuck at "00:00" when scheduling a section for catalog registration has been resolved. Users can now set both the date and time for releasing a section without errors.
Professional Learning	Badge Report CSV download issue	An issue that caused a 500 error when generating the badge report CSV has been resolved. Users can now download the report as expected.
Professional Learning	Fixed: Participant Manager Permissions in PD Playlists	Resolved an issue where participant managers faced an error when clicking the course tab in the playlist. The expected behavior is for the courses tab to load and show the courses in read-only mode.
Professional Learning	Duplicate Icons in Name Header resolved (Legacy)	An issue has been resolved where the name header locks displayed two sets of icons instead of just one.
