Perform Enterprise	Improvement	Added Electronic Signature Functionality to Observations	Administrators can now configure observation templates to mandate electronic signatures when teachers acknowledge their observations. To update the observation templates with Electronic Signature, administrators with access can navigate to Observation > Observation Designer > 7. Acknowledgment > Use electronic signature.
Perform Enterprise	Improvement	Updated Functionality to Add Active Accounts to Administration Staff Management	Since the Perform Enterprise system allows administrators to add active and inactive staff via the Administration Staff Management tool, the default behavior has been updated to add active accounts only. To view this change, navigate to Staff Management > Staff Details > Administration Staff Management > Add Administrators > Active Account
Perform Enterprise	Improvement	Updated to Allow Teachers to Electronically Sign and Acknowledge Observations	When an observation has been set up with a mandated electronic signature and acknowledgment process by administrators, teachers will be presented with an acknowledgment modal displaying legalese language and a text box to enter their name that would serve as an electronic signature. This modal is displayed when the Acknowledge button in an observation is selected.

Perform Enterprise	Issue	Resolved Issue with Frameworks in Observation Templates	An issue was resolved where the new Obs 3.0 frameworks were showing old choices in the observation templates.
Perform Enterprise	Issue	Resolved Issue with PDF Icon Missing on Evaluation Print	An issue with the PDF icon missing on the evaluation print has been resolved.
Perform Enterprise	Issue	Resolved Latency Issue	A latency issue when uploading an external dataset through an external data manager has been resolved. The data changes are visible the next morning after the uploading.
Professional Learning	Improvement	Added Completion Email Notification	The functionality to trigger a notification when a course is completed has been added to Registration Notifications in PD Admin. When enabled, an email is sent to the learners to confirm the completion of a section. To enable this notification, Administrators can navigate to Configuration > Registration Notification > Notification Trigger ‘Course Complete Email’
Professional Learning	Improvement	Added Configuration to Prevent Locking Roster Entries Under Certain Statuses	The Professional Learning Roster Status Configuration has been updated with a ‘Can Lock Roster Entry’ switch that controls the locking of a registrant’s roster. When enabled, a user in this roster status can be locked from the roster. By default, all Roster Status will be allowed to be locked. To enable/disable the configuration switch as an administrator with access rights, navigate to Configuration > Roster Status Configuration > Can Lock Roster Entry If the registrant’s roster entry has a roster status that has been disabled from being locked, then the following error message is displayed:
Professional Learning	Improvement	Added Smart Search for Location Field	Smart Search functionality has been added to the Location field in Course and Section Details so that a specific location can be found more efficiently.
Professional Learning - Legacy	Improvement	Resolved Display Issue with Self-Paced Courses	An issue with self-paced courses not being displayed in Professional Learning has been resolved.
Professional Learning	Improvement	Updated Access to PD Admin Tab	If any of the following are enabled: PD Admin Transcripts, Payments, Course Catalog, PD Playlists, Transfer Credit Manager, then end users will be able to see the PD Admin (renamed to My Professional Learning) tab.
Professional Learning	Improvement	Updated Functionality to Allow Instructors to Add Participants to Section with Maximum Participant List	The maximum participant limit set for a course only defines how many people can register for a section through the catalog. Instructors are now able to bypass the maximum participant list and add additional teachers to a section they are instructing. This can be done via the Add Learner and Add Using Advanced Method options in the roster.
Professional Learning	Improvement	Updated Naming Convention from PD Admin to Professional Learning	The PD Admin module has now been renamed to Professional Learning. This renaming does not alter the location, functionality, or features. The change was made as the new name accurately reflects its role and purpose in our system, making it more intuitive for users.
Professional Learning	Improvement	Updated Naming Convention for Location/Room Number	The Location/Room Number field under Location Settings of a section form has been renamed to Building/Room Number. This renaming does not alter the location, functionality, or features. The change was made as the new name accurately reflects its role and purpose in our system, making it more intuitive for users.
Professional Learning - Legacy	Improvement	Updated the Archive/Unarchive Functionality for Courses	Archiving a course in Professional Learning results in the archival of its associated sections. When unarchiving a course, the associated sections would also have to be manually unarchived. Administrators with access can unarchive a section of a course by navigating to the Sections tab. All archived sections are indicated by the icon under the Archived column. To unarchive, select the ellipsis button against a section, select Unarchive section, and confirm the selection.
Professional Learning	Improvement	Updated the Manage Courses/Sections Usability	The usability of the Manage Courses/Sections screen has been updated with the following: Increased space between course # / Section # and course type icon. If a filter is in use, the Advanced Filters will stay open with searching criteria.
Professional Learning	Improvement	Updated the Offices Page	The grid displaying configured offices in (PD Admin) Professional Learning’s Office page has been updated to display the location of each office. The default number of results that are visible on the screen has been updated to 50. To view these changes administrators with access can navigate to Professional Learning > Configuration > Offices.
Professional Learning	Issue	Resolved Issue with "Approved by" Field in PD Playlist	An issue with wrong information in the "Approved by" field in PD playlist has been resolved.
Professional Learning	Issue	Resolved Issue with Credit in Course Catalog	In the new Course Catalog, learners were not getting credit when finishing a course after moving from the waitlist to the roster. This issue has been resolved.
Professional Learning	Issue	Resolved Issue with Display of Resources	An issue was resolved where resources associated with a course overlapped in the display.
Professional Learning	Issue	Resolved Issue with Role-Based Permission Access in PD Playlist	Granting permission globally by role was not functioning as expected. This issue has been resolved.
Professional Learning	Issue	Resolved Issue with Transfer Credit Manager Fields	New PD Admin Transfer Credit Manager fields were not working properly. This issue has been resolved.
Professional Learning	Issue	Resolved Issue with Transfer Credit Manager Pre-Approval Form	An issue with not being able to rearrange the order of fields when configuring the approval form has been resolved.
Professional Learning - Legacy	Issue	Resolved Issue with Wrong Sender of Email	An issue with the email learners receive when moving from the waitlist to the roster has been resolved. If someone withdraws from a course and another person gets added to the waitlist, the notification email sender will be the Professional Learning system admin instead of the person who withdraws.
