Professional Learning | Improvement | Added Completion Email Notification | The functionality to trigger a notification when a course is completed has been added to Registration Notifications in PD Admin. When enabled, an email is sent to the learners to confirm the completion of a section. To enable this notification, Administrators can navigate to Configuration > Registration Notification > Notification Trigger ‘Course Complete Email’ |
Professional Learning | Improvement | Added Configuration to Prevent Locking Roster Entries Under Certain Statuses | The Professional Learning Roster Status Configuration has been updated with a ‘Can Lock Roster Entry’ switch that controls the locking of a registrant’s roster. When enabled, a user in this roster status can be locked from the roster. By default, all Roster Status will be allowed to be locked. Professional Learning | Improvement | Updated Functionality to Allow Instructors to Add Participants to Section with Maximum Participant List | The maximum participant limit set for a course only defines how many people can register for a section through the catalog. Instructors are now able to bypass the maximum participant list and add additional teachers to a section they are instructing. This can be done via the Add Learner and Add Using Advanced Method options in the roster. |

Professional Learning - Legacy | Improvement | Updated the Archive/Unarchive Functionality for Courses | Archiving a course in Professional Learning results in the archival of its associated sections. When unarchiving a course, the associated sections would also have to be manually unarchived. Administrators with access can unarchive a section of a course by navigating to the Sections tab. All archived sections are indicated by the icon under the Archived column. To unarchive, select the ellipsis button against a section, select Unarchive section, and confirm the selection. |
