Added Default Option to Access Rights Menu

The Assign Access Rights menu drop-down in the Admin Staff Management tab has been updated to default to Select One.

When users with permission access Staff Management → Staff Details → Admin Staff Mgt → Admin Rights near the person’s name in the grid → The Choose Rights Dropdown.

The following error message is displayed when clicking Add without selecting a value for the Choose Rights field:

“Please select an access group in the Choose Rightd selection box. If none are available, please contact your administrator.”
