New Integration

Improvement

Integration with Pennsylvania Professional Education Record Management System

With the release of 22.5.0.0, PowerSchool Administrators now can enable the integration of Professional Learning with the Pennsylvania Professional Education Record Management System (PERMS) for existing and new customers.
Once enabled, a nightly upload of professional development course completions will be sent to PERMS automatically per state requirements.

Low Enrollment Cancelation Email Sent To Instructor

The Low Enrollment Cancelation email that is sent to participants telling them the section was canceled will now also be sent to the section instructor.

Resolved Schoology Section Creation Issue

An issue was resolved where users were not able to create a course in Professional Learning and then create a related section in Schoology in certain circumstances.

Enforced Prerequisites was added as an option in the Search Courses section of Ad Hoc Reporting.

Users with access to the Pending Registrations channel now can approve courses up to one year in advance.

Resolved Certificate Issue 

An issue was resolved where macros were not working on course certificates. The macros $(sectioninstructors), $(demographics), and $(employeeid) have been implemented and tested to confirm that they are now working.

An issue was resolved where PDF files were not able to be uploaded in certain circumstances.
