Users may access this screen either from their observation dashboard or from a specific activity that has been linked to multiple observations within the evaluation plan. |
Observations 3.0 | Evidence Tagging and Evidence Only Sessions | Within Observations 3.0, now observers and observees can tag evidence notes with rubric elements within an Evidence Session. This allows them to align supporting information and documents. In addition, observation designers can add a new Linked Evidence field within an observation so linked evidence will be seen on the specified Ratings screen. Also, both observers and observees can start an Evidence Only Session to document supporting notes without being required to provide a rating. |
Evaluations | Modify Archived Evaluations | Now system super users can edit teacher evaluations that have been mass archived. This new feature allows the super user to unarchive a specific evaluation for modification, then re-archive it. |
