Assume a User Identity

You can assume the identity of a user in order to view the portal with their permissions for troubleshooting purposes.

Access the feature in one of two locations:

• From the User Accounts page, select the person icon for the desired user.
  

  

• From the user account management screen, click Assume Identity.
  

  

To confirm that you have assumed the correct identity, check the user name in the upper-right corner of the screen (A). To stop assuming an identity, click Stop Masquerading at any time (B).
