Access the PD Administrator Tools
Click Administration in the tabs along the top of the screen. In the Applications menu, click Course Administration.
The Learning Opportunities Administration home page is displayed. You can search for a course and, depending on your role and permissions, you may have the following administrative options.

Print Learning Opportunities by Date - access a printable list of courses based on creation date | |
Verify Certificate - enter a certificate number to access its details | |
Manage Learning Opportunities - manage courses, sections, and rosters | |
Create New Learning Opportunity - create a new course outside of the course approval workflow | |
Manage Learning Opportunities Bulk - manage settings for multiple courses at once | |
Manage Administrators - determine who will fill the roles of PD Super User, PD Playlist Moderator, and PD Playlist Credit Approver | |
Offices - define the departments to be used specifically for PD purposes, such as course management and billing | |
Section Releasing - locate and release course sections | |
Blackouts - define dates during which no courses can be scheduled | |
Editable Learning Opportunity Fields - define custom fields for course creation forms | |
Editable Section Fields - define custom fields for section creation forms | |
Manage Course Tags - define tags for course categorization and searching | |
Section Grades - if your district is configured to use section grades, use this menu to add possible grades, set color coding, and determine whether setting a particular grade will automatically change the roster status | |
Manage Archived Learning Opportunities - manage courses that have been archived | |
Configure Emails - define emails for course confirmations, reminders, and other notifications | |
Manage Recurring Dates - define recurrence options available when setting class times |
