Supervisors lost the ability to perform bulk actions on the My Staff - Evaluation page

The checkboxes that enable supervisors to perform bulk actions on the My Staff page have been restored.

Issue

Unable to view tasks and folder information for direct reports of direct reports

Previously, if the "Show Direct Reports of My Direct Reports" option was checked, supervisors could see the staff members, but no data appeared under "View" or "Folder" when selected. This issue has been corrected, and supervisors can now see task information.

Improvement

New Staff Notification: Process has been Assigned

Perform has implemented the ability to automatically send an email notification to staff when a process is assigned to them. The notification wording can be customized for each process. Visit the PowerSchool Community for more information.

HR Dashboard (Automations)

Improvement

Improved targeting of process automations on dashboards

Additional information has been added to the HR Tool - Dashboard and the My Staff - Dashboard to better inform administrators about who needs a process started and why. Process automation improvements

Several improvements have been made to enhance the targeting of processes:

• Look-and-feel improvements, including intuitive rules for determining who should receive the process.

• Ability to auto-start a process for staff identified by the automation.

• Option to send a start notification to staff once the process is assigned.

• Additional setting to run the process one time only.
