Issue

Inconsistent Delete Functionality

Deleting a custom form from the hyperlink differed from deleting a form using the Delete Selected button. This resulted in deleted forms sometimes appearing for staff when a process was assigned. This has been resolved and deleted forms no longer appear when a process is assigned.

Resolved Unsent Weekly Supervisor Emails

Previously, weekly supervisor task summary emails were not always delivered. This has been resolved and the summary will be delivered.

Scheduled Exports Date Enhancement

Previously, the exports used the Submitted date when determining the date range to export. Now it will also consider the Completed date so that it is now possible to see if the Completed or Submitted date falls within a particular date range.

Issue

Resolved Advanced Analytics Invalid Input Error

When doing advanced analytics based on checkbox question types, drilling into details would sometimes trigger an “invalid input” error. This has been corrected and the link now displays the details for that checkbox properly.

Increased Hierarchy for Direct Reports of Direct Reports

Previously, when checking “Direct Reports of My Direct Reports,” only a total of three levels would display. This has been increased to show as many levels as the district supports.

New Ability to Unlock Forms

Note: Temporarily Delayed

It is now possible to set a process task that enables Supervisors and Evaluators to unlock forms without having to request that an Admin do it for them. When setting up a process task, a new checkbox called, “Supervisor/Evaluator may unlock this form” can regulate if supervisors and/or evaluators can unlock submitted forms.
