Corrected Peer Review Numbers

In some cases, the Peer Review number listed under Signatures does not match the number of tasks outstanding. This has been corrected and the numbers now match.

Resolved Data Issue with Direct Reports and Supervisors

When viewing staff information, if a particular staff member has more staff resulting in paging through the members, and then a different staff member is selected, their list of direct reports/supervisors reflects the previous staff’s information. This has been resolved.

Corrected Supervisor Names

When looking at older form workflow information, if approvals were done on behalf of someone, they reflected the current supervisor, as opposed to the supervisor at the time. This has been resolved and the workflow now notes the responsible party, if not the specific name of the person.

Issue

Resolved Incomplete Tasks Report Issue

For staff with multiple supervisors where one of those supervisors was also the assigned evaluator, the Incomplete Tasks report sometimes showed the incorrect “waiting on” person while in the workflow. This has been resolved and the correct person now displays.

Previously, forms that were displayed at 12 p.m. were displayed at 12 a.m. This has been corrected and the forms now display the correct time.
