Improved Formatting for Scaffold Questions

Previously, if a scaffold question was included on a form, the first column of that question was unnecessarily short. Formatting has been improved so that there is more room to display text.

Resolved Cell Resizing Issue

When a process included a form with a long-answer matrix question, each cell needed to be resized individually if a long answer was entered. Now an entire row can be resized at once, saving time when entering long answers.

Resolved Display of Characters in First Column of Grid Questions

Previously, when the first column of a grid question was configured using a few characters, the first column would get compressed, resulting in a poorly displayed grid. Now, the grid question displays correctly regardless of the number of characters configured in the first column.
