Issue

Resolved Issue where Some District's Users Could Not Reset Password

When a district is using only Unified Talent Perform (and not Unified Talent Records or Unified Talent Applicant Tracking), users were not able to reset their password. This has been resolved.
Note: Given that LDAP customers use Active Directory credentials, this issue does not apply to such districts.
Note: Given that IDP uses Microsoft credentials, this issue does not apply to such districts.
