Processes	Improvement	Dismiss signatures and cease notifications option	When bulk-marking processes complete, now there is an option to Dismiss pending signatures and stop email notifications for incomplete tasks. When this option is selected, the following happens. Any pending signatures of incomplete tasks within the selected process are dismissed, and they do not display in the user's signature tab. Any notifications related to the workflows of incomplete tasks within the selected process cease. The following is added to the workflow step that was current at the time the process was marked complete: Pending signatures and task notifications were dismissed on [date] by [FirstName, LastName]. Comments added when marking the process complete display. No action is taken on completed tasks, tasks without workflows, meetings, or to-dos. Subsequently marking a process incomplete removes the comments and reinstates the workflow.
Processes	Improvement	Enhanced Comments Visibility from Mark Process Complete	Comments added to the comment box when bulk-marking processes as complete now display in the following places. Direct Report Folder > History tab Direct Report Folder > Processes tab My Folder > Processes tab The following fields are displayed. Completed By Completed On Comments If the process is subsequently marked incomplete and then marked complete again, only the new comments will display.
Processes	Issue	Resolved Issue with Selecting Forms Aligned to Rubric when Configuring Processes	When setting up processes, on Step 2 - Tasks, sometimes the list of forms to add to the process did not display. This was resolved.
Processes	Issue	Corrected Checkboxes Selected after Bulk Action	Checkboxes remained selected when using the bulk action to mark processes complete, making it easy to perform an unwanted action on the still selected items. This was resolved.
Forms	Issue	Resolved Access to Shared Forms in a Task Group	When a form is configured as part of a Task Group and enabled to use Form Sharing, the form was not accessible to the direct report from their Incomplete Tasks tab. This was resolved.
Administration	Issue	Resolved Error Upon Bulk Action to Remove Supervisor	Selecting the Remove Supervisor bulk action from the Staff page created an error. Now, this action removes all supervisors for the selected staff.
Administration	Issue	Resolved Analysis View when Role Access Privilege is Read Only	Selected staff members and groups belonging to a role member with read-only access were not displaying in Analysis. This was resolved.
