Advanced Scripting	Improvement	Advanced Scripting Enhancements	The following improvements have been made to Advanced Scripting. Advanced Scripting must be enabled on the process. Form text fields must be aligned to rubric items. When Advanced Scripting is configured: Option to Align Selected is presented on the bulk action dropdown ellipse. Align Selected presents a multi-select modal displaying configured rubric. Check rubric items to align selected note(s) to rubric items. Select Rubric items aligned to text fields to display only those rubric items with text fields aligned to them. Aligned notes can be identified by a purple icon indicating the number of aligned rubric items. Clicking the purple icon displays aligned rubric items. Selecting x next to the rubric item removes the alignment. Rubric selections will stay with the aligned notes when copied and pasted to forms. NOTE: The system truncates the rubric item at the first : . Selecting Align all notes to form will move all aligned notes to their appropriate text fields on the forms. Timestamps will be displayed and Rubric selections. The recommendation is to use this option when all alignments are complete. Aligned notes will display on the Rubric Preview to Evaluators. (In a future release, Sharing Selected will display aligned notes on the Rubric Preview for direct reports).
Advanced Scripting	Improvement	Rubrics and their sets or subsets cannot be deleted when aligned to processes or forms	System administrators will not be allowed to delete a Rubric, a Rubric Set, or a Rubric Subset when aligned to a form text field or a process. System administrators will be informed that the rubric alignment must be removed from any form text fields or process to delete aligned Rubrics or the Rubric items.
Advanced Scripting	Improvement	Option to display forms aligned to the same rubric as the process	When configuring tasks within Processes (Step 2- Tasks), a checkbox option to display only those forms aligned to the same rubric as a Process is available. This option is only displayed for those Processes configured for Advanced Scripting. Clearing the checkbox displays all forms.
Advanced Scripting	Improvement	Scripting Tool Enhancements	The following updates were made to the scripting tool. Ellipse for bulk actions with the following dropdown options: Copy - copies all selected notes. Pasted notes include the date and timestamp. If Advanced Scripting is enabled, the pasted note includes the aligned rubric items.Delete - deletes all selected notes.Share - shares all selected notes. Share functionality sends a notification to the direct report and places the selected notes in the evidence table. Notes can be edited inline. Edited notes display date and time of last edit. Single notes can be copied by selecting the copy icon within the note. Pasted notes include the date and timestamp. If Advanced Scripting is enabled, the pasted note includes the aligned rubric items. Green checkmark indicates those notes copied to the form. Show dropdown filters notes: Notes not on form displays notes that have not been copied and pasted onto the form.Unaligned notes show notes not yet aligned to a rubric item. This option only displays when Advanced Scripting is enabled.
Advanced Scripting	Improvement	Text Fields can be Aligned to Rubric Items	As part of the Advanced Scripting feature, long answer rich text fields can be aligned with rubric items. Aligning text fields to rubric items makes it possible for evaluators to move their aligned scripted notes to the form with a single click - saving them time and reducing errors. The following updates have been made. Long Answer Text Fields configured as rich text now have the option called Align to Rubric. Selecting Align to Rubric presents configured rubrics from which to select rubric items.Selecting one or more rubric items aligns the text field to the select rubric item. Text fields can be aligned to multiple rubric items.Aligned text fields display a purple number indicating the number of aligned rubric items.Selecting the purple number displays the aligned rubric items.Selecting x removes the alignment. Processes and their forms can only ever be aligned to the same rubric. If a Form is configured in a Process where Advanced Scripting is enabled, the form text fields must be aligned to the same rubric selected for that Process. At least one Rubric must be configured to align text fields.
Advanced Scripting	Improvement	Processes and their Forms must be aligned to the same rubric	System administrators will receive messaging under the following conditions. When the Rubric a Process is configured to while enabling Advanced Scripting changes such that the Rubric no longer aligns to the same rubric the Form(s) within the Process is align to. When a form's text field alignment changes such that the Rubric a form is aligned to differs from the rubric the Process in which the form is configured is aligned to. When a System Administrator attempts to add a Form to a Process that is not aligned to the same rubric as the Process. When configuring tasks, there is an option to display only those Forms aligned to the same Rubric as the Process.
Evaluations	Improvement	Scripting and Form Preview icons are smaller	The size of the Scripting and Form Preview icons were reduced.
My Staff	Improvement	Employee ID can be replaced by employee email	For those districts who do not wish to expose employee IDs to staff, there is an option for support to replace employee IDs with employee email addresses when viewing staff from the HR Staff page. This is in addition to the previously added functionality of replacing employee IDs with employee emails when assigning tasks.
System Administration	Improvement	System Administrators can change District Defined Task Category for a Task Group	The Task Group rename option was changed to edit, enabling the update of the Task Group and the Task Group Category.
Scripting	Issue	Fixed pasting notes into larger text box fields	When pasting scripted notes into long answer text fields configured with 10 or 15 lines, the text field would try to resize, creating flashes on the screen. This was resolved.
Rubrics	Issue	Enhanced Rubric Preview	Previously when previewing rubrics, the rubric display was not utilizing all available space, resulting in a very small portion of the rubric shown. Now the rubric preview utilizes all available space.
Reports	Issue	Corrected display of Process column in Incomplete Tasks Report	The Process column of the Incomplete Tasks Report was displaying the process description. This column now correctly displays the Process name.
