Manage Drop Down Sets

When drop down sets are created, they become available as codes that can be used in Custom Form questions including long answer matrix questions, multiple-choice questions, grid questions, and matrix questions. They can also be used for purposes such as Location Types, Certification Areas, Folders, Grade Levels, Email Templates, and more.

The Custom Sets tab contains all drop down sets that can be used in Custom Forms. The System Sets tab includes drop down sets that are not editable and are used elsewhere in Perform.

Add a Custom Drop Down Set

  1. Click Configuration.
  2. In the Forms, Form Options, and Processes section, click Drop Downs.
  3. Click Add Drop Down Set.
  4. Enter information as needed, then click Save.
  5. Click Add to add values as needed.
  6. Enter a Display Value.
  7. Enter an Export Value.

    The Display Value will be copied into the Export Value as you click or tab out of the Display Value field.

  8. Click Save.
