Overview

Administrators can configure permissions of initiating check-in, check-in log editing, goal creation, goal status modification.

Configure Permissions

Administrators can view and edit check-in permissions, mentee access to check-in logs, and mark goals when complete.

Check-in Permissions

To edit check-in permissions, select from the following options:

• Only mentor can start the check-in

• Only mentee can start the check-in

• Both mentor and mentee can start the check-in

Check-in Logs

To edit mentee access to view check-in logs, select from the following options for the Mentee can view check-in logs:

• None: The mentee will not have access to view any check-in logs.

• Read only: The mentee can view check-in logs, including notes and action items, but cannot make any changes.

• Read Write: The mentee has full access to their check-in logs. They can:

  • Edit the check-in time and session notes

  • Add or update action items

  • Mark action items as complete

Use this setting to give mentees more control and accountability in tracking their progress or limit access when you want to keep check-ins mentor-driven.
