HRMS-5812 | HR Administration | Correct reuse authentication logic for HR Administration | HR Admin is the only HRMS integration currently where the authentication token is specific to a district. All users within a district can share the same authentication token to make endpoint calls to HR Admin and fetch results to render on the HRMS page. This is different from all the other HRMS integrations (ATS, Perform, Records, PLPE) wherein the authentication token is universal. Example: A token generated by User A of District 1 for Records can be reused by User B of District B to make endpoint calls to Records. The authentication token reuse logic was incorrectly implemented for HR Admin on the lines of that for TED. This is fixed as part of this ticket. |
HRMS-5813 | HR Administration | HR Admin Data | When HRMS was unable to load information from HR Administration, the workflow used to break and the HRMS jump page showed a broken pencil. As part of the fix, a user will continue to see power tiles and deep links for all other products that he has access to even when data fetch from HR Admin fails for any reason. |
HRMS-5499 | All | Extend Gainsight coverage to settings dialog of power tiles | Gainsight can now capture:
|
HRMS-5584 | All | Reorder manager deep links | The order for all the manager deep links within “Talent”, “Position” and “Compensation” have been modified. We have developed a logic where existing deep links across any of the menu tiers (manager and staff view) can be re-ordered on the fly. |
HRMS-5601 | All | Quick links are available under the Staff (Myself) view | Users with just staff access to connected products had a broken experience since they were by default taken to the manager view within HRMS for the deep links, while their entire user journey resided within the staff view. As part of this fix, the quick links power tile and deep link have been migrated from the manager view to the staff view. There is no change to the existing behavior of adding, deleting, and updating quick links. |
