Performance Enhancement to HRMS Power Tiles

Information for each power tile is fetched from integrated products through API calls that pass an M2M token as a parameter. In the earlier implementation of HRMS, each logged-in user generated a separate M2M token before loading information for their power tiles.

As part of this ticket,

  • A single M2M token will be generated per product (for the below products).

  • An active token will be reused by each user to fetch information for all power tiles belonging to that product. Example: a token generated for eFP will be reused by all users attempting to access eFP power tiles.

  • The token regenerates when the current token expires.

  • HRMS users experience lower latency and better user experience.
