Section II and Supplemental B on completed I-9s were editable

Previously, Section II and Supplemental B information was editable on completed I-9s. Updated processing to fill this information during workflow, to prevent unauthorized access.

Printing

Issue

"Print as PDF" did not render embedded images

Previously, when clicking “Print as PDF”, embedded images did not print. This has been resolved.

eForms

Issue

Additional error checking for the Social Security number format

Sometimes, the format entered into the Social Security Number field caused the form to issue an error as it moved through the workflow. Error checks have been improved to prevent mistakes and ensure the form opens correctly.

Imports/Exports

Issue

Headers and images are being removed from exported files

Previously, when exporting forms to the SFTP, embedded images in headers did not display. This has been resolved.

Gainsight Knowledge bot

Issue

Styling with the PowerSchool knowledge bot improved

Previously, a grey box would appear if you hovered over the PowerSchool logo in the lower left corner to open the Records knowledge bot. This has been resolved and no longer occurs.

Notifications

Improvement

Simplified the login process for new hires

Previously, email notifications to users in OIDC and LDAP districts included two login links, which often confused new hires. The updated process now includes only one login link in the email notification. This single link directs temporary access users to the native login page and provisioned users to the IDP login page.
