Corrected the Staff information erasure on Mixedform

Previously, when an eForm contained a field linked to a staff demographic field, and an administrator altered that e-form field after it had already been issued to an employee, it occasionally erased the basic employee information. This has been corrected.

Enhanced the duplicate employee verification in eForms

Previously, eForms did not prevent an active account from using the same employee ID as an inactive account. This has been corrected, and now an error will be displayed if any duplicate employee IDs are detected.

Staff Catalog

Enhanced the duplicate employee verification in the Staff Catalog

Previously, the Staff Catalog did not prevent an active account from using the same employee ID as an inactive account. This has been corrected, and now an error will be displayed if any duplicate employee IDs are detected.

eForms

Issue

Corrected the required checkbox error in the Mixedform workflow

Previously, if a mixed form contained a required checkbox, an error would occur upon entering the workflow, irrespective of its selection status. This has been corrected, and the error will now only occur if the checkbox is not selected.
