Improvement

PDF Form Builder Enhancements

  • New “Link” capability to embed links directly on your forms. URLs must start with “http://” or “https://”

  • The size of the Accessibility Label property has been increased to 2000 characters.

eForms

Issue

Added Character Limit to Group Names

Previously, excessively long Group names were causing the PDF Form Builder to experience problems saving the form. Group names have been restricted to 300 characters to prevent saving difficulties. Names with more than 300 characters will be truncated.

eForms

Issue

Resolved Incorrect Forms on eForms List

In some cases, two “K-4” level forms appeared incorrectly on the eForms list. This has been resolved and these forms do not show unless required.

eForms

Issue

Resolved New Hire Misalignment

Form data that applies to New Hire information appeared misaligned on Basic forms. This has been resolved and now aligns correctly.

eForms

Issue

Unable to Key in Width and Height Values

Previously, it was necessary to adjust the height and width of Form Builder fields using the mouse, which resulted in imprecise numbers when trying to line up multiple fields. This has been resolved and now it is possible to key in these values. Note there is a minimum of 35 px requirement for a field to appear on a page.

Export Settings

Issue

Updated Export Settings

Previously, the submitted date was the primary driver of exporting data, even if only completed dates were selected. Now the submitted, completed, and created dates are all considered for export depending on how the export is configured. For example, if only completed documents are configured, only the completed date will be considered when selecting documents.

Workflows

Issue

Resolved Issue with Conditional Workflows

Previously, conditional workflows would leave spaces in the area where conditional workflow information should be if the condition was not met when Print as PDF was clicked. Now, if a conditional workflow is not met, the print will specify this.
