Exports | Improvement | Export Information Improvement | To improve the ability of third-party software to consume Records export information, we have enabled the ability to include a “generic” file to be exported along with the existing exports to your SFTP drive. Note that this optional file does not contain the date or time in its file name, making it easier to use. The standard export files (those with dates and times) will continue to be exported and can be used for auditing purposes. |
Exports | Improvement | Export Settings Now Displays All Detail Settings | Previously, some of the settings regulated how exports were run and the criteria used did not appear when Show Details was clicked from the Export Settings page. This has been enhanced so now all the settings appear. |
Forms | Improvement | Improved Long Processing Time | In some scenarios, completing forms was taking a long time to process. This time has been improved. |
Forms | Issue | Resolved Issue with Print PDF on Forms Issue | In some cases, when clicking Print PDF on a form, the workflow section would start on page 1, overwriting the data on the form. This has been resolved and the workflow appears below the form. |
Forms | Issue | Resolved Required Checkboxes Issue | Previously, required checkboxes were not issuing errors if they were unselected upon saving. This has been resolved. |
My Tasks | Issue | Resolved Tasks Issue | In some cases, tasks would not appear or sometimes disappeared from an employee's Needs Attention list on the My Tasks page. This has been resolved and these tasks now appear. |
PDF Form Builder | Issue | Resolved Deleting Documents Issue | Previously, errors were issued when trying to delete an employee document that was generated from the PDF Form Builder. This has been resolved and it is now possible to delete these forms. |
PDF Form Builder | Issue | Resolved Dropdowns Issue | If a form was created with the PDF Form Builder and included a dropdown that included the word “location” in the name, the wrong dropdown was displayed on the form. This has been resolved so the correct dropdown is used. |
PDF Form Builder | Issue | Resolved Required Attachments Issue | If a document was created using the PDF Form Builder, required attachments were not enforced. This has been corrected and if an attachment is required, employees cannot save a final copy if they have not attached them. |
