Users only Able to Ignore and Restore Optional Tasks if the Assignee

Previously, users could use Ignore and Restore on checklists for optional checklist tasks not assigned to them. Employees can now only do this for optional tasks where they are the assignee.

Resolved Issue with Routing Numbers on eFinancePLUS Direct Deposit Form

Previously, when using the Direct Deposit Authorization form used in Employee Records for eFinancePLUS customers, routing numbers did not appear in order. Routing numbers now appear in order, making the form easier to use.

New Security Resource - Impersonate Staff

A new security resource has been added, Staff - Impersonate. This enables you to separate the functionality between staff who can edit information from those who can impersonate others. Note that by default, anyone with Staff - Edit security will also have Staff - Impersonate security. This gives the flexibility to change the security resources at your convenience.
Note: To maximize the security of the application, only system admins will have the ability to impersonate other system admins. Other security levels will not be able to impersonate a system admin even with this new security resource.
The new security resource affects the following areas of the application:

  • Configuration > Staff: The Impersonation buttons now appear only for users with the new security resource.
  • Files (for a Staff member): The Impersonate link now appears only for users with the new security resource.
  • Files > (sleeve name for a Staff member): The Impersonate link now appears only for users with the new security resource.

Expanded Size of Phone Number Fields

Previously, the size of phone number fields was too small, making it difficult to read the values. The size of the fields has been expanded so that the entire field can be easily read.

Form Builder

Improvement

Second Address Field Now Supported in Form Builder

It is now possible to add a second address field to forms created with the PDF Form Builder. This second address field is also supported within the Custom Report for export purposes.

Improved Readability of Read-only Fields on Forms in a Workflow

As forms go through the workflow, there are options as to whether the form fields are read-only or read-write. When a form field is read-only, it was sometimes difficult to read the values in the fields. Improvements have been made to make these fields more readable.

My Tasks

Issue

Completed Tasks Still Appearing in My Tasks

If a checklist was force-completed with a document in the middle of a conditional workflow, the document appeared as completed but the workflow tasks sometimes continued to appear in My Tasks. This has been resolved and when a force completion is done, outstanding tasks will now be marked as completed and no longer appear in My Tasks.

Corrected Time Zone on Checklist Completion Report

Previously, the Assigned Date that appeared on the Checklist Completion Report displayed the time zone in Central Time. This has been adjusted to now reflect the time zone in which your school district resides.

Improved Workflow Settings

There is a setting in Configuration > Workflow that determines whether documents open at the top or bottom of the form when in a workflow. This setting was used when staff initially entered data onto a form. This has been improved such that on the initial entry of a form, the form always opens at the top. The setting will continue to be used for workflow steps.
