Expanded Link for Deleting Folders

When deleting a folder from the Configuration menu, users had to place the pointer directly over Delete. In some cases, it seemed to be inactive. This was resolved by increasing the clickable area.

Improved Tracking for Contracts Sent at a Future Date

When sending a contract and choosing to send it at a future date/time, now the overall status of the contract will be labeled as Scheduled until it is sent.

Additionally, if you are on the detail screen of the contract, the Scheduled status is indicated, along with the date the contract will be sent.

Added Required Field Indicators to I-9 Form

When completing an I-9 form, employees did not know a field was required until saving and receiving an error message. Red asterisks were added to inform employees of required fields.

When printing the I-9, under some circumstances, part of page 13 would appear on page 14. This was resolved.

Fixed Impersonation for Employees with Quotes in Their Names

If the name of an employee had a single quote in their first or last name, Impersonate did not work. This was resolved.

Resolved Completed Documents Categorized as Needs Attention

Occasionally during the revision process, a completed document was included in the Needs Attention area of a user's tasks. This was resolved.

Added Checklist Name to Workflow Notifications

The following notifications now support the checklist name as a mail merge tag:

  • Workflow - Approval Denied.
  • Workflow - Approval Required
  • Workflow - Review Required.
  • Workflow - Revision Required.
  • Workflow - Signature Required.

Assign Checklist Directly from Custom Report Results

The option for Bulk Assign was added to the Custom Report results, allowing users to assign a checklist to up to 3,000 active employees in the list.

To activate this option, click Configuration, then Export Settings. Under Data Set, select Collapse data set to a single row per staff member using the most recent form information.

Added Demographic Phone Extension to Custom Reports

The demographic phone extension was not included in Custom Reports. This was resolved, and users can choose Staff Phone and Staff Phone Ext to report on these fields.
