Release 20.3.1.0
Product Updates
Product Area | Type | Summary | Release Note |
---|---|---|---|
Forms | Issue | Corrected W4-2020 Misspelling | The word "separately" in 1(c) of the 2020 W-4 was misspelled. This was corrected. |
Forms | Issue | Corrected Display of Deleted I-9 | Sometimes after permanently deleting an I-9 document, it still would appear on the history. However, when selected, only the workflow information for that document displayed. Now, a permanently deleted I-9 will not display in the history, which makes it clearer that the delete occurred. |
Forms | Issue | Resolved Saving of Default Values on E-Forms | Defaults were not saving on a form for staff unless the fields were clicked. This was resolved. |
Contracts | Issue | Fixed Contracts Being Held in Queued Status | While processing contracts, the status of the contract would occasionally get assigned the status of Queued and would not adjust to Sent. It was necessary to contact PowerSchool Support to resolve the issue. Now, enhanced reliability was built into the engine that drives contract generation. If a system error prevents the contracts from generating, a new status of Error will appear on the Contracts Dashboard. Another new status of Send Failed will appear on the Contracts Preview page. A user has the option to click Send/Resend to send these contracts back for generation. |
Contracts | Issue | Removed Decline Option from Contract Approval | If a contract was associated with a workflow, and that workflow included an approval step, both the Deny and Decline options appeared. Decline is associated with a signature only, and no longer appears for an approver step. |
Reports | Issue | Corrected Custom Report Export | In some circumstances, nightly exports of custom reports included an additional column of information. This caused select integrations to fail. Now, only selected columns are included in the nightly export. |
Reports | Issue | Added New Fields for W4 to Custom Reports | Fields for the revised W-4 were not showing as options on Custom Reports. Because of the new tax laws, the fields for the current W-4 vary greatly from previous years. To better clarify which fields apply to which form, there are now two forms that apply for W-4. Previous year W-4 information can still be selected by using the form W-4 (Previous). |
Reports | Issue | Optimized Large Report Exports | Previously, when running large custom reports and trying to export the results, the system would spin and not generate the report. We have optimized the report so these large files export successfully. |
User Management | Issue | Returned Quick Add Feature | For staff with permission, Quick Add New User has been added back to Records. |
