Enhanced Printing to Improve Reliability and Stability

Issues with Print as PDF and Print All functions have been resolved, including but not limited to the following.

  • Custom form information was formatted incorrectly or cut off in certain cases.
  • Excessive white space sometimes appeared when printing contracts and select documents.
  • When using the Print as PDF option on the W4, a grey border displayed down the right side of the page.

Corrected Bulk Printing with 2019 W-4

When bulk printing all files from a folder containing a W-4 prior to 2020, the packet only printed the workflow information.

Now when printing in bulk, all files print correctly.

Corrected W-4 Formatting

Tax tables have been re-formatted when printing W-4 information to conserve space and more closely resemble the official W-4 form.

The W-4 Multiple Jobs Worksheet has been reformatted to fit on a page and more closely resemble the official form.

Fixed Display of I-9 Form Name and Date Version

When printing the I-9, the form Name and Date Version did not appear in the footer area.

Now when printing, this information will appear.

Completed 2020 I-9 Changes

Changes required for the I-9 for 2020 have been implemented. There are no additional actions required. Requesting or assigning the I-9 form will immediately use the 2020 version.

Added Document Name to Notification Types

We have enhanced our notification emails to include Document Name as an option for the following notification types.

  • Workflow - Approval Denied
  • Workflow - Approval Required
  • Workflow - Review Required
  • Workflow - Revision Required
  • Workflow - Signature Required
  • Document - Requested

Corrected Approval Workflow Emails

If a document was associated with a workflow that contained multiple conditional statements, emails were not always sent to the correct approvers.

Now emails will be sent to all approvers according to the workflow.

Improved Performance for Bulk Assign Checklists

For some sites, using the bulk assign checklist caused a page timeout.

Performance has been improved so that the bulk assign works even when showing 500 employees at a time.
