Release Note

Records

Issue

Removed Chat Icons from W4 PDF

When printing the W4 PDF, the last page included extraneous chat icons around the workflow information. These extra characters no longer appear.

Records

Issue

Remedied I-9 Saving Issue

Sometimes, an I-9 would be stuck upon saving, without saving the information. This occurred when changing the value for "An alien authorized to work until...".

This has been fixed, and the record saves the data as expected.

Reports

Issue

Resolved Data Export for User State Reports

Exports - and their corresponding custom reports - were not generating data in some cases when trying to report on the state in which an employee lived. Now, these reports will generate data which can be exported.

User Access

Improvement

Resolved Checklist Access Issue

To control access to material through a checklist, now a user must have proper security permission to access a document.

Workflow Settings

Issue

Corrected Workflow Settings for Opening Forms

For non-direct reports, forms were opening at the bottom. This was fixed, and forms will now open at the top.

For direct reports, in some cases the Configuration > Workflow > settings values were not being honored when opening documents. This was fixed, and the system shall now honor the workflow setting, opening the document either at the top or bottom.

Authentication

Issue

Corrected Function of "Do not authenticate with LDAP" Option

Previously, the "Do not authenticate with LDAP" option remained selected for new hires even after they were entered, and the sync ran. Users are often created such that the new hires log into the system using a personal email account. Once they are created in LDAP, they should log in with their new credentials and be authenticated.

Updated functionality will deselect the "Do not authenticate with LDAP" option when the sync runs if the username changes.
